Dr. Max C. Combs received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 1977. He had previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Agriculture, also from Oklahoma State, having majored in Pre-Veterinary Science and Animal Science/Business. After a brief stay in southwestern Oklahoma he made his home and built his career and practice in Madill, Oklahoma. His practice, Texoma Animal Clinic, Inc. has been in existence since 1973. Dr. CombsĘ wife, Debi, is Dean of Applied Science and Technology at Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. They have two children, a 12-year-old daughter, Maxie and a 3-year-old son, Matthew.
